Agreed.I thought that was a decent conference, at the very least he’s trying to be as sincere as possible given the circumstances.
Almost every interview he gives he has an indirect pop at the fans at goodison; we need them, any negativity impacts the players blah blah
A complete yes man, following the company line and doing the boards job by keeping the media update on our nasty fanbase
It depends how Dyche does overall. If we go down the 2 main reasons on top of having a poor group of player is, dyche should have been made manager day after the Bournemouth league game. Second not getting a replacement in for Dominic Calvert-Lewin. Those home games and time wasted will be the difference I fear if we don’t avoid the drop. So my question is if god forbid we do go down by the odd few points, would you be happy to stick with dyche?. In hoping can he completely remodel the team into a team with pride and passion and worth ethnic, with quality added on top.
Good point. And what has changing our manager every year actually achieved? When we got Frank 2 people wanted the job. Let that sink in. In the whole of world football 2 people applied for the job from outside the club.
This time round 1 person wanted it and got it.
So where are we going to kidnap this better manager from and force him to manage us?
I think there were many positives in certain phases of the game, especially in defense we were good. I also think that we showed good morale, and can't complain about the effort. Where we are struggling, and what we must do something about in the short term, is in the transition phase.Watched press conference for Leeds, did he watch the same game as me at RS he said all the stats were good and he seemed to say he was happy with the performance, hope he's not another one here just to get the pay off cheque
I mean I get what you're saying but this is just not true lolHe will never ever be able to complain about the fans not backing the team during the 90 minutes. Any protests that happen after the game or outside the ground before it cannot possibly affect the team during the game.
I mean I get what you're saying but this is just not true lol
A few days before he signed people were singing 'you're not fit to wear the shirt' at players. It most definitely is, as of this moment in time. Same as last season, the fans will do their bit to try and drag these losers over the line.

Nothing. But that's more down to the selections rather than the frequency.Good point. And what has changing our manager every year actually achieved?
I think it is harsh to blame Martinez. His main flaw was not being able to scout players on the cheap like moyes could.Nothing. But that's more down to the selections rather than the frequency.
After Moyes we picked 3 flavour of the month managers. The first 2 should have been nowhere near this club and I still have my doubts over Silva. Our status was above all of them and we didn't appoint from a position of strength.
We are now appointing from a totally different position now and the last 3 have been nothing but firefighters. We are now appointing from a very weak position and couple that with a lunatic running the show now this is what you get. Our status now is below the likes of Sean Dyche.
Kenwright's failure to sort Moyes's contract sooner or get rid then appointing Bobby who had just been relegated is where this all started to go wrong for me.
And not believing in defending.I think it is harsh to blame Martinez. His main flaw was not being able to scout players on the cheap like moyes could.
He simply exposed the Ponzi scheme that Kenwright was operating at Everton.
