Do we just have a list of about 5 names we regurgitate

No absolutely not. But quite a few think Artetta and Kompany have done well

If Dyche does leave, we should take the opportunity to find a young manager (Lampard experiment notwithstanding)

Yes I agree and I would have took Bielsa all day over dyche, just think his style would have took to long to implement in a short period. But the football would have been a lot more attacking.

Dyche will be gone, If we go
Shows how much you know about football if you think Bielsa could have done anything with this squad. But anyway, what did it take 13 games and the Dyche hit squad are strong on GOT. Cant even wait for the fat lady to sing.

He’s a bad manager, he’s not good enough to be Everton manager. His tactics are awful, he’s been dealt a poor hand but he’s a god awful manager

Sean Dyche, played 13 games, Won 3, drawn 4 Lost 6 scoring 10 and conceding 22 with 13 points.

Win 23%, Only Mike Walker had worse, Lampard 24% & Benitez 26%
Draw 31%, Only Joe Royle drew more percentage of games
Lose 46%, Only Walker, Lampard and Benitez had worse
Goals For 10, 0.77 Goals per game, worst stat of any Everton manager in the Premier League
Goals Against 22, 1.69 Goals conceded per game, worst stat of any Everton manager in the Premier League
Goal Difference -12, -0.92 GD per game, worst stat of any Everton manager in the Premier League
Points 13, 1.00 PPG, better than Lampard and Walker but exactly the same as Benitez

Sorry you can’t rewrite history. Lampard won 3 out of 20 this season which was 15% hence he was sacked and it was far too late to do so.

Do some fans still not get it? We've got to get out of the mentality of gunning down the manager as soon as things start to go wrong. Sacking managers before they've had a chance to build a squad will only make our position worse. We've been there, done it, sacked managers of the calibre of Koeman, Martinez, Solva, it hasn't hurt their careers, but it's hurt us. The real problems at our club lie with the Board not the manager, don't lets forget that.

I wouldnt lose a wink of sleep if we binned Dyche if we got relegated........ different story if he keeps us up, I think he earns the opportunity to go again.

If we go down we need a complete reset and that would involve appointing an attacking manager not someone who wants to defend his way out of the Championship.

To be fair we have been more attacking under Dyche than we were under Lampard. It's hard to do anything without any good attackers though.

I’m with you on this,he keeps us up he’s earned his remit to stay, however we do drop, you need to attack that division, you can’t be setting up trying to pinch a victory, you’ll end up with too many draws which will cost you over a season, maybe a Carrick type manager, who knows?

Moshiri best get the cheque book out then to buy a new squad to go with this attacking manager.
