Do some fans still not get it? We've got to get out of the mentality of gunning down the manager as soon as things start to go wrong. Sacking managers before they've had a chance to build a squad will only make our position worse. We've been there, done it, sacked managers of the calibre of Koeman, Martinez, Solva, it hasn't hurt their careers, but it's hurt us. The real problems at our club lie with the Board not the manager, don't lets forget that.
Think is fair to ask if ge should stay now dyche i am really starting to question if he can build us a team i dont want be another burnley i want somebody to create a style
Everything will be fine. Dyche has to go if it isnt. Being in the championship is one thing but with Dyche its another. We may as well change our kit to claret and expect to be doing the Oki Kokey every season.
I will not accept this we should not ever be another burnley this is everton

The squad is shocking. He came in to a team that was already down and not scoring goals. He hasn't had one signing, how can we write him off for getting nothing out of this awful squad?

Dyche is not an Everton manager, he has no connection to the fans like Martinez Ancelotti and Lampard had.

He is very stubborn and will not change, he will continue with the same personal week in week out hoping for something to change.

I know we don’t have the best squad, but pick players to give us a fighting chance, last night proved he doesn’t have a clue, Carlo would have changed that after 20 minutes seeing Godfrey struggling like he was, but no he left that problem for 95 minutes.

Why not give young Mills ago from the bench he will offer 1000% more than Maupay ever would, everyone in that ground last night knew it was the end when he brought him on.

It doesn’t bode well for the rest of this season and as I have said when he was put in charge at the end of Jan, he will be sacked Christmas time when we are mid to bottom half of the championship

Another blunder from the current board

More about his choices and style of the team, first holgate last week instead of patterson. Then again keeping godfrey in the side who has been crap for weeks, putting maupay back in the side for fulham when should been simms infront of him. I kno this team is crap with us most likely going down i want him to put players in patterson garner ect i dont want keane in this side. Then is the style of this team is he asking the fb to get forward to try and create space so we can cross the ball.

I think any chance of building for the future relies on a manager bringing through youngsters and creating a sustainable style and system. Given Dyche’s preference for having 2 goalkeepers on the bench and complete lack of trust in Patterson, bringing Maupay on instead of Simms, I’m not sure he’s the man to do it.

Agree feel the same i get why club went for him this season but is the long term of him being here i question

Gives me the impression he's more concerned about whether a player passes some old fashioned outdated physical metric than whether they are actually capable of impacting games. I don't think Patterson isn't playing because he doesn't rate him, everything I've heard makes me just think he hasn't met a certain score on the bleep test to beat Godfrey, or maybe he wore a snood to training once 2 months ago. Not having DCL on the bench for the home game against Fulham still gets me. There could have conceivably been a situation where it was 0-0 (or 1-0 down) with 5-10mins to go against 10 men and he wouldn't have been fit to come on in that situation? Let alone the lift it would've gave us as fans just to know he was available. He was waiting for him to be 100% fit for 90 minutes instead which is what I think he's doing with Patterson (talking about previous injuries in the press conference), which is great but we're not really in the position to take those kind of decisions when it's directly costing us points week in week out.

Yes I agree and I would have took Bielsa all day over dyche, just think his style would have took to long to implement in a short period. But the football would have been a lot more attacking.

Dyche will be gone, If we go
Alot more Attacking with the same players and no Goalscorers, Would of worked wonders !!!

Dyche is failing in the task he was appointed to achieve,
5 games to go and we are embedded 2 points adrift in the relegation zone.
He is failing in the same way his two dismissed predecessors did.
He has already caused Burnley to be relegated twice.
His goal shy style of football is repellent.
His player selection is woeful.
His ability to influence games is non existent.
Why people would want to entrust our future to this second rate, talentless, no-mark totally evades me.

Burnley had a complete reset and now look a new team, play good football, and back in premier league. We will have to try and do the same, can Sean dyche do that for us ?
Dyche can only play one style of football. That was clear before he arrived and, after a dead cat bounce, it's even more clear now. If we go down he should be gone. However, we are run by utter, utter morons so he'll probably still be here.
