From Liverpool Echo : "Speaking after the game, Dyche said he had spent little time in the dressing room in the immediate aftermath of the match. Instead, he said, having heard several of his players addressing their team-mates from his office at the ground, he believed it appropriate to let them do the talking."
Admitting that he stayed in his office and could hear the players so he "let them do the talking" is nothing short of disgraceful. There's no doubt that if he is in one room and can hear the players next door then they weren't "talking" to each other. There must have been a right old barney going on, presumably arguing with each other or worse. What sort of leadership is that?! He's put at risk any team unity and individual player's confidence. The more probable reason for him hiding in his office wetting his knickers is because he couldn't face the anger of the players and being told his tactics were a shambles. He's a fraud and a coward - his team selection and style of play show it every week.
