It's all of the above honestly. Club is a shamblesNothing to do with the Board, or what players he has at his disposal? Square pegs and all that.
And this is why regardless of what happens over this next week, churning the squad and removing undesirable players will be extremely difficult to do if they are on big wages, and with P&S restrictions. Any transfer activity is going to have to be meticulous (unlikely based on track record) so I fear more of the same next year - we’ve got ourselves in a pickle of a situation and it’s going to be a hard slog over a few years to extricate ourselves from itThat's exactly it. We can all question the managers' decisions but the real people to blame are the ones who have wasted an absolute fortune and left us with the inept squad that we've got. Pep would struggle to get much out of our lot.
I acknowledged he had been dealt a bad hand and it is very obvious that the problems are far more wide spread than just him. The entire board and structure of the club needs replacing and updating but none of that changes the fact that he himself has also done crap. All i expected was for him to do a bit better than he has done so that we wouldn't be in a relegation scrap and he never even managed to do that.He has been at the club for four months, has a desperately poor squad and no striker for most of his time here.
I am not sure what you expected.
For me, and for what it's worth, the level of expectations has dropped to a level that effectively meant we were happy to accept a no mark as a replacement and yes there weren't many options, but the whole situation is indicative of the absolute mess the whole club is in, that he was even considered, bearing in mind his credentials and history.I know he was dealt a bad hand and is working for a really crap club but his record at Everton is absolutely woeful tbh. Not much better than Lampards record. I don't know why anyone would want him here after this season ends regardless of whether we stay up or not, which we probably won't if Leeds win tomorrow.

Not a fan then? For me, and for what it's worth, the level of expectations has dropped to a level that effectively meant we were happy to accept a no mark as a replacement and yes there weren't many options, but the whole situation is indicative of the absolute mess the whole club is in, that he was even considered, bearing in mind his credentials and history.
He isn't Everton standard, he isn't even Prem standard, he's one dimensional, one tactic, poor footballing and has literally landed on his feet getting this job, it affects nothing for him staying up or going down, his reputation was [Poor language removed] before he came and will be the same after but WE will suffer because of this low expectation level we now have entrenched in this club.
If new owners come in, dispose of Kenwright,Sharp, DBB First then sack this turd off to where he belongs.
I'm sick of the low bar.
Dyche simply isn't, wasn't and never will be good enough.
In hindsight it wasn’t because Keane did fine. We didn’t run things through our best player and it showed when we got into the final 3rd. Giving away that early goal with the hospital pass ruined our chance of getting 3 points. We shoot ourselves in the footI'd say chucking on MICHAEL KEANE to play at RIGHT-BACK is probably a bigger error.
Well he put McNeil back at LB...In hindsight it wasn’t because Keane did fine. We didn’t run things through our best player and it showed when we got into the final 3rd. Giving away that early goal with the hospital pass ruined our chance of getting 3 points. We shoot ourselves in the foot
I mentioned that earlier. Said he should have swapped he and Iwobi because Iwobi understands that roleWell he put McNeil back at LB...

Yup, no idea why he had swapped like that. Iwobi is a much better defender than mcneil.I mentioned that earlier. Said he should have swapped he and Iwobi because Iwobi understands that role
Iwobi played RWB for quite a bit and had some of his better performances there. I’m a bit clueless as to why Dyche didn’t just let Iwobi overlap McneilYup, no idea why he had swapped like that. Iwobi is a much better defender than mcneil.
