Absolutely. Never ceases to amaze me how some people just can't take it on the chin and move on. It happens. Especially when you're not one of the better teams in the division.

If it starts happening every week, then it becomes a concern, but until then you have to back the manager. Quite why other people are trying to convince Everton fans that he's not good enough now, is beyond me.

Do they actually think we should sack him right now? Or are they just salivating at the prospect of pressure ramping up, and Everton sacking yet another manager? I know what my money is on.

Obviously let's see what happens in the next few games but I just fear Dyche isn't a manager for anything other than scrapping against relegation.

No money, we have spent 25mil on a back up forward 2 wingers on loan worth 40mil. Our front 3 have scored 7 goals, and more than half our goals have come from set pieces. The worry is teams tighten up defensively against us and nullify our strengths.
I say no money and you try and say we’ve got money by bringing up two loans and a £0 for the first year deal! Thelwell worked miracles pulling that off and I hope they’re all great but the signings haven’t exactly hit the ground running, there’s a reason we were able to get them on loan/no up front fees and that’s nobody else was in for them! We also sold Gray, Iwobi, Simms, Cannon and lost Mina and others end of contract so we’ve been well in the net positive.

Look at what Forest and Bournemouth have spent recently, teams we beat and are fighting against in the league and tell me two loans and a Beto is anything like being backed!

Why do you fear that though?
He had one job in the prem and when allowed to build a cheap team he got Burnley into Europe.
Then they stopped putting money in and eventually after a few seasons of no real incomings the wheels came off. No manager could’ve kept that rank Burnley team up last time round, even the worst Everton team in recent memory managed to stay up over them.

No you said dyche had no money and we’ve bought 2 forwards worth 35mil-ish
Not arguing we’ve spent less than we’ve brought in ‘and that’s been the case for over 2 yrs. and because how we have to structure deals it does make the market we’re shopping in smaller. But we still have to find 35mil for Chermiti and Beto. And will need to loan another 2 wingers next summer or buy some

So next summer dyche spends 100mil but all payments are put off for 12months that will mean he’s spent no money.

Ok, when I say ‘no money’ I mean in premier league terms. Forest net spent £163m last season apparently and went on to sign Sangare for 30+ and plenty others since. Bournemouth have net spent 286m over the last five years apparently, we are £38m.
Obviously I’m just googling figures so who knows how accurate they are but even if they’re close it says it all

18 lowest net spend in the league. 10 point deduction.

Not sure how correct that is for an assessment of Dyche's time at Burnley. He got them promoted then they came back down more or less straight away. Got promoted again and like others have before they did that surprise package jobby and finished 7th or whatever. Then stayed up twice before being relegated?

Yes that fair and we’ve obviously spent all our money pre 2021. Forest, Bournemouth, Fulham all spent a lot recently and are gambling to make sure they stay in the league.

One of our biggest issues years ago was not being clever in be market, loan to buy and structured deals, seems like we’ve only thought about these types of deals, since we’ve become skint.

Even if we had the players City and Liverpool have cannot see Dyche changing his tactics.
A decade of 442 hoofball at Burnley, never changed once, will almost never change from his 451 approach here. He is a reactionary manager, not an innovative one; he is set in his ways of doings things because thats how it's always been done. A one trick pony who has had the same style since day one, but more often than not, it delivers what he is tasked with doing. Doubt he feels any need to change let alone desire to.

Klopp the biff never changes from 4-3-3

It's an argument on;y the uneducated or biased make. Alex Ferguson alternated between 4-4-2 and 4-5-1 for the best part of 27 years.

Dyche is literally getting moaned at for going 5-4-1. the other day.

TL;DR? Stop talking out of your arse.
