We have lost the last 3 in a row, but I dont think we need to be all doom and gloom yet. The Christmas period was always going to be tough. we dont have a big squad and had 3 games close together, had to shuffle things a bit and played Man City and Spurs. The worst one was the Wolves result, we didnt lay a glove on them and let them walk through us. I think the biggest problem we have is not having a back up to Doucoure. Gomes did OK for a short period against spurs and we should have drawn that game, but although his passing is better than anyone in out midfield, he's not mobile enough to compete against a lot of premier league midfields for 90 minutes.

I think this is totally right. Doucoure is key to what they're doing and without him everything falls off a bit. We can all sit here and say well he needs to find another way of playing that means we can just do just as well without Doucoure but it isn't that simple and seeing as we've hardly found one way of playing that makes us competitive over the last 10 years i'm not going to go too mad at Dyche for not finding two yet.
 


Hah, no mention of the Wolves game.
