His Burnley team played extremely well against Ancelotti’s Everton at Goodison when they won.
And also played absolute garbage in the other game against us and got relegated in the same season. Extremely well it was not, if anything we were hot garbage and in a slump, playing a dynamic midfield duo of Gomes and Davies.

Why hyperfixate on one result like this?

Because there’s literally nothing else to go on

I remember going 14 without a win a lot clearer than when Burnley beat us at goodison during COVID

Did you ask the same question to those who spent half a season crying g about losing to Luton?

Took a team 19th on goal difference to safety.
Managed to get a team that had finished 16th and 17th to a 12th placed finish while the club made net profits on transfers every one of those 3 seasons.
If you need to mention his Burnley days, go and look at his spends there, too. Beans.
We have one of the better kicking goalies in the league and he uses it as our starting forward had a ridiculous win rate for aerial balls. Also our best CB, Tarkowski, wins back post knockdowns with amazing regularity from angled free kicks.
We're mid table with chance creation.
If we had more weapons maybe those chances would be created in a wider variety of ways.
