While this game was atrocious in all departments...

I can't blame the manager for the clubs inefficiency to help him out to rejuvenate the squad.

Never backed him in January. Brought in a 38 year old on a free, and 2 loans who are fit/getting back.

They need to perform better. But let's face it, based on previous seasons it's not going to.

Goes back to the same point...keep chopping and changing managers all you want...won't fix it until the board and recruitment is fixed.

I think Dyche is far from the problem, but if he cant get players to work his system he has no business stayoing here and should resign.
Yup. If he cannot insist on getting the few players from the board that he feels he needs to give him a better than even shot at staying up, then he'd be well advised to resign and put his reputation above his wallet because I doubt there is a top flight future for any manager who takes Everton down. He needs to play the long game.

Have to say I dont like his treatment of Gray and Holgate. I’m not a big fan of either but as long as they are Everton players they shouldn’t be castigated.
Gray clearly would have had more to offer than some players these last two games.

Disagree..we are not the behemoth people like to think we are. Under the last two to three owners we have become a big standard premier league club, however he needs to re-allign his expectations of where we want to be as a club with the fans. He said we should act like a big club, well he should act like a big club manager.
If we act like a championship it will eventually happen

We have a manager who acts like he's still at someone like Burnley. The job and club is far far too big for him

If I were him I'd pull the rip chord now.

He'd have enough reputation in the bank to pick up one of these other PL clubs that'll slip into the relegation zone by the new year at the latest.
