Say what you want about this manager but he's got them fit, working really hard for each other, given them an Identity and is now getting results.

Breath of fresh air, posts like these. A lot of us could see how much we'd improved, despite poor results at the beginning.

I'm not a massive fan of Dyche but he is getting the job done.

This time last year we saw some of the worst Everton performances I've seen in my lifetime but the majority on here was like a cult to the myth of Lampard.

Really want to see our home form turned around. Need Goodison to be a fortress again, it's no wonder we've been a relegation team once our home form evaporated.

Away form under Dyche has actually been good.

Unless you have elite players the simple approach which is easy for players to absorb is probably the way to go

Its not really one result, its a series of performances that are better than what we had last season even when we havent got the deserved results. Yes, there will be slip ups going forward for the same old haters to jump on the back of but we are doing OK.

Just maybe we lack players with the technical ability to play how Lampard wanted. Dyche knows the limitations of our squad and is setting us up in a more pragmatic way which these players can buy into.
