We accept your apology. Can't like the slug or his selections at times currently, but fair play he's getting the results and we even look great at times.
Now if he stop selecting the mummified remains of a footballer that is Ashley Young it'd be grand.
Can we just put one thing to bed. When Sean Dyche moaned about players dancing after scoring, it was tongue in cheek. He was just playing up to his Brexit Billy persona for the cameras. It wouldn't take a world class body language expert to see that in the interview.
Of course he was joking. Christ.I’d agree with you if he stopped at the reference to himself because I do think he seems to have a pretty dry humour, but I watched about 3 post-match interviews and he said variations of it in all of them. He then also used them as a reference to praise our own guys in a serious way. I don’t think he was joking at all.
Oh you just wait for ONE MISSTEP... lolWe accept your apology.
Don't mind me, I wanted him sacked in May. This is the most I've loved Everton since Martinez first season, and look there's a long way to go yet but the signs are great!Oh you just wait for ONE MISSTEP... lol
As I said - we're playing some great an exciting ball at times, it is genuinely great to watch in parts, even if we still have obvious problems etc. but that's fixable with time and all.Don't mind me, I wanted him sacked in May. Well, I think we are playing the same (bar Arsenal) as we were at the start of the season, the chances just weren't going in, and some of the passing and flow to the counter attack wasn't quite there. It's taken time, but it looks to have gelled. If we weren't getting the results but playing in this manner I think people wouldn't be quite so appreciative of the 30% possession game, but it's a results business, and that's the bottom line, and it makes us all happy. As I said - we're playing some great an exciting ball at times, it is genuinely great to watch in parts, even if we still have obvious problems etc. but that's fixable with time and all.
Hope I'm wrong but we can still do the beginning of the season streak and it won't be pretty; quite annoyed at still seeing "oh but in the last 7 games" like yeah they were great, but the 7 before them or whatever were dogshit like, it's okay to acknowledge both lol
He’s saying that players who dance are inauthentic, but actually that’s not true for a lot of cultures, it’s how they express themselves.
There’s nothing inauthentic about dancing to celebrate. It’s not my cup of tea either tbf, but all Dyche is doing is slagging off players celebrations because he doesn’t agree with them, which it [Poor language removed] and unnecessary.
