He is going to Dyche this up and grind out a few results over this difficult fixture period and somehow delay his sacking.

Do you think of lampard fondly and give him your respect as well?I think I will somewhat, yes. Anybody who kept us up whilst the world was falling beneath us would get my respect overall.
Not really, fans kept us up that year not Frank Lampard.Do you think of lampard fondly and give him your respect as well?
So dyches first season, did the fans not keep us up then as well? As I’m fairly sure I remember the same sort of fan support etc that season as well. Not really, fans kept us up that year not Frank Lampard.

Why does Dyche get the credit but not Lampard?
I'll be all for that tbh, if he manages to grind out a few draws then i've got no complaintsHe is going to Dyche this up and grind out a few results over this difficult fixture period and somehow delay his sacking.
I’m choosing to believe the fans kept us up in 2023 but Lampard kept us up in 2022. No logic given, just because I’ve said so.
Fans helped keep us up last year as well, goodison after the deduction was greatNot really, fans kept us up that year not Frank Lampard.
I backed Frank, then I turned. I'm thankful that he kept us up, but is that a plus on his cv though? We were in a much worse position when Frank left than when he took over and that's even with the fact he got to spend £80 million in one transfer window and persuaded the club to give Dele 100k a week mere hours in to the job.
We were like 4/5 points??? clear of the drop zone when Frank took over? He left us deep in the mire. Dyche has done the exact opposite in many ways thus far.
I agree, Lampard needed to go then.We didn't improve points per game under Lampard Vs Benitez we actually got worse.
Wed have undoubtedly sent down if he wasn't sacked with us sat 19th going into Feb.
I agree, Lampard needed to go then.
If the next 4 games go as expected (and the Liverpool game had as well which is a stroke of luck for that it got postponed), we could genuinely be looking at 14 points from 19 games.
Considering Lampard got sacked on 15 from 20, it’s hardly improved us.
Well Dyche is about to leave us with 14 points from 17 games which is pretty close to where Lampard left us. Oh dear.
And if he does, it won't be good enough. At least his superior managerial ability (compared to Frank) meant we actually got at least one full season out of him.
If he hits the buffers, so be it, I'll still be thankful for him steering us through the last 2 years. There was a poster on here who said it would be "beyond a miracle" if he kept us up that first season. Forget who it was now, but surely with a statement like that, the poster must at least be glad we appointed him at that moment in time?
