2024/25 Sean Dyche

Well , the morning after and I’m still struggling to understand the terrible decisions Dyche made .
Until that point we were in control , Ndiaye and DCL were a constant threat to Bournemouth.they couldn’t ignore which limited their ability to drive forward and get back in the game.
There were so many options on the bench to use for tiring players , O’ Brien and Dixon to strengthen the defence in place of Coleman , Lindstrøm to replace the tiring Harrison , Garner to replace Iroegbunam.
Any combination of the above would have made sense and that’s without considering Armstrong or Young.
Yet he chose to replace our two most effective players, and from that point Bournemouth are released to overwhelm our midfield sweep forward overwhelming our defence.
It’s a master class in how not to see a game out .
His poor or ineffective in game management has been noted even by his supporters at Burnley .
But yesterday bordered on negligence and abject stupidity.
Dyche lacks the ability to manage our club and we will not prosper whilst he remains.
Good post mate agree with every word of it.

Couldn't agree more with this post mate

His “honest Sean” mask has slipped. Now is his chance to show he really does have integrity, but he won’t do it, the utter fraud, he wants his pay off.

What would it cost to sack him now? £4M???? The club stands to lose much more.

Give it to Woan & Stone as caretakers until the new owners arrive. Just get this fraud gone now!

Dyche will blame him for not being “Dyche fit” (it’s his job to get him fit)

It's clear as day that Tim the way he plays all out and with his age and experience will need to have his game time managed this season as he develops. Can already see by about November the kid running on empty the way Garner was and a few others last season.

A key part of fitness is rest and recovery. If the players are blowing out of their arse half way through a game then that is because they’ve been ran into the ground and played too many minutes in pre season and/or the early games of the season. It’s up to you as a manager to use your subs and manage players’ minutes so their legs remain fresh.

The days where players play 90 minutes week in week out are gone, opposition managers are rotating their squads and keeping fresh legs on the pitch at all times. He hasn’t adapted to modern football, there’s a reason managers like him have been phased out of the game.

He ain't getting sacked is he.
That thinking is half the problem because Dyche believes that. His 'an' wha' lad' attitude tempers any ambition. He has a very low achievement aim, to stay up, especially when measured against that of the supporters. Being arrogant about that doesn't help.
All the supporters want is progress. Just when we think things have bottomed out, we do yesterday and puncture any expectations and we go lower and lower because of reality.
Just like the gravy stained fraud and FSW before him that level of arrogance from a manager towards the supporters is disgusting. If there's one thing we have had to deal with it's realism, we know the club's situation, we live and breathe it, but there is a financial comfort as Everton manager that makes them ignorant to what is expected and relaxes any ambition.
What is Dyche? What are his ambitions? Doing 'just enough'?
Not good enough. He's very limited in his ability and even less so in situation analysis on and off the pitch.
I think Palace will finish him off, I don't see any points between now and then.
It will be prime Everton for this to be 'the' year and we need a cut off point, and I think that's now.
