2024/25 Sean Dyche

The idea of another manager change and the circus that goes with it, is not a valid reason to keep someone in charge that isn't getting results. We've had this before, too many times. Dyche "earned" the right to stay after the way we finished last season despite some terrible football, poor start, no wins, bottom (sound familiar), 3 wins at home by April and no wins from mid December to early April. Quite astonishing really. But hey ho. He carries on there's no one there to sack him anyway.

He also earned a lot of respect last season and after Lampard, the way he handled the off the field crap, and of course kept us up 2 years running. Fast losing it certainly for me, with the rubbish he's been coming out with.

The poor results the poor start can be overcome if obviously he starts picking up points. Though his management particularly last week leaves a lot to be desired. Very troubling.
