2024/25 Sean Dyche

No excuses really not to be picking up at least 4 wins from our next 7 games looking at the stats and level of opposition, and also more or less a fully fit squad back. Over to you Sean. Don’t let us down.
Newcastle (H), Ipswich (A), Fulham (H), Southampton (A), West Ham (A), Brentford (H) and United (A).

Think that's reasonable. 2 wins from each home and away.

That’s simply because no one sees us as a big club anymore. This is the result of a generation of lowering expectations. If we act like it, others will treat us like it so we are now categorised along with the smaller PL clubs. Infuriating and frustrating I know but we are where we sadly. The only one who can change the perception of us as a club is the club itself.
Exactly.

The Dyche lovers on here saying he is doing an exceptional job by ensuring we are not being relegated.

Saying Keane played well and was not our worst defender in some matches.

Reeks of small club mentality.

Under Kenwright he wanted us to stay the last of the traditional type clubs whereas our peers were growing and being run as proper businesses. We have been left behind hugely in recent years and by the time Moshiri came in sadly it was a bit too late by then. It's not surprising we are seen as a small club as we have acted like one in the by and large.

Jep, I think he would have been remembered way more positive if he decided to step off when Moyes went as the man that didn't win titles, but made Everton competitive again in the league and gave over a top half team with good finances and a good future after taking over a bottom half team of the 90s.
