I think I would prefer Big Sam for another reason.

He has worked with higher calibre players. When Moyes went to Utd they rejected him for this reason. If Dyche suffers the same treatment we could be in trouble.

Dyche stinks of BK and I don't believe Moshiri will be swayed by him. If Moshiri is the main man at Everton, it will be his appointment.

I understood appointing Martinez, he played nice football and could've taken us back to the 80's style of play. It didn't work, but you can understand the thinking. Dyche makes no sense.

This is now a salvage job that will lead to a progression job in 1 or 2 years. Dyche is seen a saviour at the moment. Forget people who haven’t worked the PL before, we can’t make a bad mover at the moment.

Just discussing a possible manager mate. That's all. Based on the only 'report' going granted but it is a thread about Sean Dyche.

I'm not so sure.

None of them (apart from Howe, who looks like he's about to get his team relegated) have ever worked under the sort of budgetary constraints that Dyche is currently working under. And none of them are currently managing a team that is in the top 7 of the Premier League.

Dyche is also much younger than those aforementioned possible candidates, Howe aside.

Dyche has had a purple two months, the others (minus Howe) have had success at clubs and have a better CV than Dyche.

Dyche is a massive punt IMO
