England have actually done brilliantly well as favourites in games this tournament. They'll be favourites again tomorrow night and I think they'll deliver.

We really need to get around their centre halves. Kane should really fancy his chances against Lovren. Vida, who plays alongside him, has looked even more dodgy under pressure.

Keep saying it but set plays are key again, pull Vida and Lovren away as much as possible to leave spaces for Stones and Maguire

Teams really haven't been able to live with them and I can't see Croatia being any different. I do think there's a chance to create a bit more from open play as well. Rakitic and Modric are a lot of things but I don't think they're the best at tracking runners from midfield.
