Should Martinez be sacked? (Post-Hull poll)

Don't sack him, my patience is gone but that is because of that clown lukaku
We were useless last year the passing killed us and was about time we were going to get found out
He needs to take it on the chin and forget this passing and go all out for attack
We can't defend so why not concede goals while attacking

Unfortunately defense can't be sorted over night so you can't work on it half way through the season

We need a complet overhaul like Spurs did. Keep Ross, James, Besic, Stones, Browning, Coleman, and maybe Kev. Sell the rest and bring in players who fit the style.

How we going to get rid of all the these old / poor players on 1,2,3 or even 4 yrs mega contracts ( not to mention the Coach and all or most of his staff ) or do we just send them on 'Gardening Leave and keep on paying them.

And how will the new Bloke fund the replacements.

Bill will look at the Cost, not just the performance, and say ( should he decide to ) how many is the least I can sack and how much will it cost, then decide if he can afford to

Thing is that's short term-ish.
The real question is how long can he afford not to.

But believe me the bottom line will play a very big part either way

The physio who left was very close to a lot of the players. None more so than Distin.

It was the final straw for Distin who pre match v Stoke caused absolute murder before the game during the pre match briefing. To the point where Martinez lost the plot. Distin has been in touch with his lawyer to make sure Everton can't release him before his contract is up.

Problem is, he's lost half the dressing room, if he starts to drop the more experienced seniors like he supposedly has done with Distin then it all goes pear shaped, the less experienced will follow the likes of Barry Distin etc then Martinez is really snookered.
Guessing that's why he won't drop any of the so called experienced names in the team.

Can only see it getting worse before it gets better, once he starts dropping the better players because they are doing shocking they won't be bothered anymore (even though they don't look it now)
He seems worried about what happens if he drops the ones who expect to play.

His hands are tied I think. He's trying to do what he can but the dressing rooms split and he's stick with the best solution.
