Should Martinez be sacked? (Post-Stoke poll)

The poll shows we don't think Martinez should be sacked. Put up a poll to see if we think the tactics should change. I think we might find we want him to show he can adapt to different situations and plan accordingly

McCarthy all day long. He's still not vocal enough for my liking but at least he's willing to get in people's faces and basically let's his performances do the talking. I don't agree with the shouts that Jags is a crap captain, the having a go at refs just isn't in his nature and tbh he's struggled so much with his own form that it looks like that's what he's trying to concentrate on.

Can I suggest that any player who feels his nose is put out of joint really, really, really needs to a take serious look at themselves. Right now, I would swop just about any one of them for a John Terry type of captain. I dislike Terry as a person, but he is the best captain in the Premiership for my money.

Jagielka is a fair weather captain for me. When he plays well he's a stable figure for the rest of the defence. Does the media side ok too.

I can't think of a single reason to sack Martinez at the moment, you are always entitled to voice your opinion in a decent way, but i'm massively surprised at some of the comments here.
