If MLS wanted to cash in, they'd have to make some concessions to be sure. That or he walks on a free when it's all said and done.
He's just worth more to MLS than he is to any foreign team. That is to say, he has value far beyond what he brings to the field.

What the bloody hell are you doing up at this time? Also I quite like the policy of buying them youngish and nurturing them.
