I work in the public sector, they're thoroughly decent people so I doubt they'll be voting Tory, so no need to put them all on immediate performance reviews.

I tend to find it's full of people who are dealing with problems they don't have enough information to solve or the authority to apply the solution that's needed.Absolutely detest people in middle management. Horrible lot
