Mba lol. Sorry, there's a couple of more senior folk at work with them and they are just odd/terrible.If this is a career move (long term) it might be worth considering some further education. The CMI have some bespoke modules that may be of interest and if you can get your employer to pay, an MBA is a useful.process. Such things won't just point you in the right direction, they'll get you "future-ready" for market developments.
Might just be my experience colouring things.
But if interested @Paris there's the national apprenticeship levy scheme which offers level 7 qualifications aimed at senior leadership, including an mba. Cost to you - nothing. Employer is supposed to make time for your study. Think it is restricted to larger organisations who pay into it.
