Yes. Much worse. Season-on-season worse.

People are kidding themselves this would be the lowest point.

There is a world of pain waiting for us once we exit this PL.

Relegation would be the start of it.
I think it will be if we go down and didnt come straight back up again. I dont really understand all the money side, if we had another takeover would that offset anything

Honestly don't believe club would make up DBB headlock story.

Equally hard to believe how this isn't seen or reported by anyone.

Incredibly damaging + in some ways doesn't matter if accurate or not.

Toothpaste is out of the tube.

What's so implausible about the headlock is that any concession given by her under duress would hardly result in her being bound by it thereafter.

Was the male in question David Unsworth??

I heard it was this male mate...

Great PR job by the board today.

The actions of some fans towards players leaving can be seen as the security advisor was right to tell the directors to stay away.

Fans will get painted as the Villians.

Today was the worst PR the board could have ever done

Ever

In the history of this club

They've destroyed the one thing that held the club together. The supporters.

An absolute disgrace of a board but one who will never be welcome back at Goodison again after today

made my peace with this a while back, trying to help a few along the road, it doesnt have to be so destructive, once we embrace the inevitable we can move on.

I'm more bothered about the harm done and the recovery of my fellow once blue than the scum and the slime that have done this to us.

peace, rest, healing, future. None tainted by everton and the malign that own and run it.
I dipped out some time ago when family took over. Just feel sorry for my son though he seems more reasonable than me. I.e. Everton losing doesn't destroy his week

Who's stepping in to buy the toxic debt accrued on sigurddson and bolasie and iwobi? the current moron came in and wiped the long term debt with the banks for season tickets to free up the earning power (away from interest payments) of the club. It got spanked up the wall on williams and schneiderlin, and tosun and walcott and klassen and mcneil and maupay and mina and the list gets more harrowing and depressing.

I just have to hope but agree with you and how much he would ask for

I agree, people should be attacking players or anyone else, and I agree fans are least to blame.

What the board have done though, to deliberately inflame the situation before the match is despicable and has killed any hope of unity. That did not have to be leaked hours before kick off. And someone has briefed the press on the bus welcome being hostile as well, which is nonsense. That has sunk us. Theyve tried to save themselves and sunk us.

Journalists need to be asking serious questions of this alleged headlock being put on Baxendale. It's my understanding she has security and has had for a period of time. Somebody would have noticed this. Why is it only getting mentioned now? And where is the evidence to corroborate this?

I dont think BK cares though mate. He knows what hes done. Hes sold everyone down the river to save himself.
Exactly, Though I can't honestly say one way or a another on the whole Baxendale story. It does just sound like a story to save there faces.
What the board done today was totally shameful, putting themselves before the club and burning any last grain of morale left in the squad.

What does it say to a team when when there employers make the biggest protest and stay away from the game. Absolutely Shameful !!!
