It's an odd thing to make up though isn't it. Why would you put someone, particularly a woman, in a headlock in a crowded stadium....

You tell me mate.

11 days ago that match was and we've just been told she was put in a headlock in the directors box?

If it was true....every man, woman and child who supported Everton would be fuming and back her (regardless of what a crap job she's done) to the hilt.

The fact we only hear about this now means I very very much doubt it happened and it's a load of crap, which the board are very good at doing.

Her day is done now at this club regardless, in fact the sun has set on all board members now so they can all [Poor language removed] off into that sunset and their hefty pay packets earned by failure

A male fan jumped in the box and put her in a headlock over 10 days ago yet there is no report of it, the media don't pick - up on it, no police investigation, no arrest, no video of it, nothing from the club about it until 2 hours before the Southampton game...hmmmm...

Correct, something very fishy.
Stinks to high heaven.

The guy that called Saha French - dealt with
The kid whose phone was smashed by ronaldo - dealt with
Ancelotti broken into - instant press
bedsheets for benitez - same hour

Assault on a board member, "we forgot".

Yeah. :/

It's cynical in its specificity if nothing else. They could have not showed up for any other reason. They had to declare it to be due to an incident of male on female violence, committed by the fans. So as not to concede any blame whatsoever.

The shameful behaviour from a handful of nasty little scally scumbags changes nothing. It deserves to be acknowledged and condemned before being moved on from. Hopefully the little vermin are found and charged. That being said, I'm still a bit lost on why I'm supposed to be feel bad about it though? I didn't do anything wrong. Nobody I know or saw at the match today did anything wrong so I'm at a loss on why I'm supposed to feel embarrassed and ashamed about anything.
