Suarez's Punishment

If any one of us on here committed a crime in Brazil and been sentanced to 4 months in prison, wouldn't be unfair to our employers and families if we couldn't go back home?

And a crime it was.

To compare it to kicks and elbows is erroneous. That sort of behaviour is within the boundaries of the game if not the rules and is punished accordingly.

Biting is neither.

It deserves the kind of punishment that will deter the perpetrator and anyone else from committing such an act.

It ranks along eye gouging in rugby and that Aussie rugby league player who was banned for a long time for jabbing his fingers up another player's rectum. Completely reprehensible behaviour.

Honestly, I don't hate him for his biting, (just plain weird) or his handball against Ghana. (Smart play there IMO) I hate him for injuring kev and the milkman, for his rugby tackle on Jonny, and for getting rodwell sent off. But he'll never get pulled up on that kind of stuff so I'm happy for them to throw the book at him for anything.

is he getting payed while he's missing all these games I wonder,is it 180 grand a week ?.

Which I think is why Liverpool are considering legal action against Fifa for compo!!

As for Suarez the mumpty should know when to keep his trap shut, Get it??

Its a sad state of affairs when Adrian Chiles has a point by saying " Andy Townsend said last night, how can we offer Saurez help when he does not accept responsibility? "

When Townsend can make sense of the situation its time to give up the fight.

As an aside I think The Rolling Stones will have to sue Suarez for breach of copyright, I can see tee shirts coming out that will look very much like the Stones logo.

I hope he doesnt fall on his baby.

"
Luis Suarez claims he did not deliberately bite Giorgio Chiellini and tells FIFA panel he FELL on Italy defender
