That would be insane...15mil im sure wed accept.

Klaassen and Bolasie out pronto and we start looking quite a lot better than we were...

Still would like to see Williams, Galloway, Browning,Cuco, Pennington, Stekelenburg, Schneiderlin, Mirallas and Sandro out.

I agree yes. I think he would do well for Huddersfield as well, in a side that played a little slower.

Well if your over paying by 30-40% for most of the transfers then something needs to be said.
If there world class players fair enough, but there not.
Moshiri needs to learn how to say "no it's too expensive".

Instead of.........

I'm not sure Richarlinson is 40% to expensive though. You would struggle to find a single player, of his age with his stats available for the same price. He scored and assisted more than Ashford last season.

The issue is whether we buy players from the PL or abroad.

How long does a medical take? Why does this only seem to happen with our club, player comes in for a medical and then....... nothing. I remember when we signed Funes Mori was about 2 weeks from having his medical to being announced! When he left this summer it was all done and dusted before there were any rumours that he was leaving

Few hours but even when it's completed, the club has no obligation to announce it right away.

And Mori's change wasn't to do with his medical.

CRIM old fellow. If Sigurdsson didn't prove it then I think Doucoure must have done it. We have a polar opposite view over what a good footballer is :)

You mean at Everton, which is the basis for your opinion.

To me, if you've shown you were a very good player for over 200 games in the German and English top flight and led his Iceland team to the Euros and World Cup, 27 mediocre games in our awful side last year with no striker and almost no supporting cast - he barely played with Walcott, Coleman, and Cenk - and being asked to play a deper wing role to cover for Cuco Martina doesn't make me think he's not a good player. Quite the opposite.

But you and others think the 27 games makes him medicore. Maybe I'm a little too well versed in statistical sampling and actually watch a lot of football outside of Everton, but I think that's just silly.

Much like Ricarlison was great the first half of the year, but when asked to defend and work like crazy when you've been playing football consistently for over a year, I think there's a pretty good reason for him to have slowed down a bit.

Doucoure has not much to do with Siggy, but my opinion on him is what I've seen in the PL, which is the same league Everton plays in last time I checked. He's fantastic. Pace, power, skill, touch, great in the tackle, covers a ton of ground, good passing range, amazing transition player, good in the air, strong on the ball, good decision maker, excellent shot, opportunistic, he's got everything IMO.

I don't see how anyone could look at our midfield and think the problem is the lack of a tough tackling number 8.

The problem is nobody can make a forward pass or carry the ball forward.

Our only decent games last year were with Rooney in deep midfield, and that only worked against the bottom clubs.

We need at least one decent passer in the style of Arteta and one ball carrier in the style of Barkley.

All the non-entities like Klaassen, McCarthy, Sigurdsson, Bolasie need to be sacrificied to get in the players we actually need. If we can find a buyer.

Blimey, even his agent wouldn't eulogise about him that much. I think all that would possibly make him the best player in the world......
