Wish people would stop arguing about the Mori fee.
People calling others out for suggesting we’ve got £5m, £9m, £9m+add ons, £17m etc and arguing about it.

It’s been announced as “undisclosed” and in the grand scheme of things does it really matter?

Not sure Vida is quite PL level, but he's got guts and can play LB. Would make it that much easier to shift Williams, Baines, and Jags out for much better LB and CB options.

Stick him at the base of the midfield and that position is covered for eternity....hopefully Brands will sign someone to achieve that level.

I don't think he ever kicked on at Inter and I was surprised when Madrid signed him, in all honesty. Thought he flattered to deceive and wasn't suited for an attacking midfield role.

However, in the last 18 months he's really found his form and - I think - his position. Great player.

Yes, agreed on that front but it's, as we'll see with more or less every sale this summer, mainly about feeing up wages to facilitate incomings.

I always thought he was poor mate. Lacked any end product for a player playing the 10 role. If you'd have asked me to pick him or Barkley 3 years ago I'd have picked Ross any day.

I don't think the move was bad as playing with the likes of Kroos and Modric has certainly improved his game. When he has played in the last season and-a-half, he has been excellent. Great on the ball, driving forward from deep.

As I said, really think he's settled into that deeper role rather than the 10 he was used in by Inter, albeit Inter were pretty gash at that time.
