*in me best ronko voice*

"We're not sure, but okay"

But seriously, the guy is known to have a focus on young talent, so why anyone would doubt that as something he would do is beyond me

He also said as much pre-hiring of Silva and again when Silva was hired.

But, and it's a big but, that doesn't mean we're going to sign all 22-year-olds this summer and nor will we starting next season with a line up with the average age of 20.

There will be experienced players signed too. Just not 30 odd year olds like Ashley Williams. Koff Ronald.

You're behind the silv then?

I’m not sure who would possibly sign Ashley Williams, tbh wr should just cut our losses cut his contract and let him worry about his future.... his behaviour and clear disrespect for the club entitles him to exactly 0% loyalty....

Remember when he came back from pre season looking like a chubby david haye? Imagine after 8 weeks from a punctured lung may as well throw a kit on whoopi goldberg.... i despise him!!!!

Williams Bolassie and Schniederlin are my 3 i never want to see wear an everton shirt again!

As ineffective as Bolasie is following his injury (if he was ever effective at all) I don’t blame him for anything - he’s just a bit poo.

Mirallas however is a bad apple so he’s in my 3 along with Williams and Schneiderlen.

Bolasie comes next, along with Sandro.

Could you please add Keane to your " to boot " list please, as I`ve seen better centre backs playing hungover on a Sunday morning.

.....here’s a round-up of Toffee transfer rumours on this Sunday morning;

- The Liverpool Echo reveal Marcel Brands transfer strategy will not be based around the World Cup. Brands says his phone is constantly ringing with agents offering the services of their clients but purchases will be based on proper scouting reports rather than the whims of an isolated moment during a game in Russia.

- According to The Daily Mirror, Everton boss Marco Silva plans a double swoop for England midfielders, Jack Wilshire and Ruben Loftus-Cheek. 4th Official report Everton are leading the race to sign 23 year old Loftus-Cheek.

- The Daily Mail continue to link Everton with £32m rated Bayer Leverkusen Left Back, Wendell.

- Portuguese newspaper O Jogo report Everton Manager, Marco Silva, is lining up a move for Benfica striker Andre Carrillo. The 27 year old Peruvian caught the eye with some dazzling performances when on loan at Watford last season.

- The Daily Mirror have been reporting Everton and Liverpool interest in Zorya Luhansk goalkeeper, Andriy Lunin, but the Mail say the Ukraine international has joined Real Madrid.

- The Mirrors live transfer blog also reckon Everton are ready to listen to offers for 33 year old Centre Back, Ashley Williams.

- The father of Everton and Barcelona target Hirving Lozano is quoted as saying; “I think after the World Cup it will be clear if he stays at PSV or leaves for another team”. The Daily Star suggest Liverpool are ready to enter the race to sign Lozano.

- Various outlets including Turkish Football, suggest the race for Croatia’s 29 year old Centre Back, Domagoj Vida, is hotting up with Leicester joining Everton in wanting the player who joined Besiktas on a free transfer in January.
