Brands says his phone is constantly ringing with agents offering the services of their clients but purchases will be based on proper scouting reports rather than the whims of an isolated moment during a game in Russia.
- According to The Daily Mirror, Everton boss Marco Silva plans a double swoop for England midfielders, Jack Wilshire and Ruben Loftus-Cheek. 4th Official report Everton are leading the race to sign 23 year old Loftus-Cheek.
- The Daily Mail continue to link Everton with £32m rated Bayer Leverkusen Left Back, Wendell.
- Portuguese newspaper O Jogo report Everton Manager, Marco Silva, is lining up a move for Benfica striker Andre Carrillo. The 27 year old Peruvian caught the eye with some dazzling performances when on loan at Watford last season.
- The Daily Mirror have been reporting Everton and Liverpool interest in Zorya Luhansk goalkeeper, Andriy Lunin, but the Mail say the Ukraine international has joined Real Madrid.
- The Mirrors live transfer blog also reckon Everton are ready to listen to offers for 33 year old Centre Back, Ashley Williams.
- The father of Everton and Barcelona target Hirving Lozano is quoted as saying; “I think after the World Cup it will be clear if he stays at PSV or leaves for another team”. The Daily Star suggest Liverpool are ready to enter the race to sign Lozano.
- Various outlets including Turkish Football, suggest the race for Croatia’s 29 year old Centre Back, Domagoj Vida, is hotting up with Leicester joining Everton in wanting the player who joined Besiktas on a free transfer in January.
