You also think after he broke his leg his timetable for recovery should have been set at about 14 months for recovery, for an injury that takes hugely less time...
You also don't think Kenny is any good and think all youth players should be regarded as expected to fail.

Hopefully Kenny will win me over in pre season. I'm not saying he isn't good enough. I'm just saying if he can't step up it will wreck our season because I can't see Coleman coming back until February or March.

Dzeko still being trawled out as click bait but I really think he'd be a fantastic option for us. Especially given the fact he's got that "unfinished business" appeal as he was harshly disposed off at city in my opinion.

Lookman was quoted as saying that the managetade an effort to rest and make sure they where ready for the tournament mate, maybe that also applies,to how Kenny was handled, Koeman I hope thought that more was to be gained from going there filly fit and tearing it up than dead rubber prem games.

I rate Coleman but he falls asleep and lets people in behind him. We all know that plus even before his break his injury record wasn't great.
How long did Oviedo take? How long did it take Barkley to get back? Luke Shaw etc people are saying 6 months. That's incredibly short for a double leg break. I think he will miss most of the season.
I have no idea how good Kenny is and until we see him regularly no one does. It's one thing defending against youth players and reserves and another trying to stop Coutinho in the derby.

I see Steve Walsh has gone to with the team to Tanzania. So things will be very quiet for next few days anyway . Maybe we are coming into a period whereby we will have to be patient with the club . Also goes to show how important it was to get the players we have gotten in so early with the Europa just around the corner
