No I've watched him, he's ok but nothing special, giroud is by far the better striker

I would still go back in for Yarmolenko think he would be just what we need on the right of a front 3.. He would score and assist in plenty of goals a class player, still only 27 and would cost under £20mil..

Well I'd have both ideally. I like the idea of having more than one striker.

However if it were a straight choice I'd go for Iheanacho even though Giroud is probably a better all round player at this moment.

Main reasons are pace and the fact he is 10 years younger.

Ive always liked that United side with Giggs, Sharpe, Kanchelshis etc on the wings....absolutely lethal.

Giggs, rapid and providing crosses....Kanchelskis lightening fast and charging at goal...

The game hasn't changed so much that those types of players aren't lethal.

I hope we see Lookman as our Giggs and Dowell as our Beckham in a couple of seasons...or players of that type added with similar ckils.

For the Iheanacho signing, I would like a rapid forward like him, a target man like DCL could be and a mercurial genius like Cantona.

I think Sandro could end up being our Cantona bizarrely

Gueye's awesome at what he does mate but I stand by that playing him and Schneiderlin in games we'll dominate is redundant. And Schneiderlin and even Barry are both much better than him on the ball.

I never saw Kanchelskis.

But...

Sandro, Rooney, Lookman, Davies and Gylfi (if he came) - they'd be the ones I'd be looking at to spark something.

If we brought in Giroud, I'd be ecstatic as I think he's what we need to get the best of what we have at the moment - a real poacher and proven goalscorer with the ability to hold the ball up as well.

Also looking forward to having a proper keeper and one of England's best young defenders (again), as well as seeing Klaassen settle once he's found his role/adapted.

We don't have a player like that, currently. We've had very few of them. After Kanchelskis, the last one was probably Rooney the 1st time around.

That's debatable - Sigurdsson is the one they will look to for creativity in the number 10 role. I think that's something the jury is out on, having seen a fair bit of him, but it equally wouldn't be fair to say we wouldn't have anyone who could be called a playmaker, at least not yet.

Well, my point was AS OF NOW we have nobody creative. Yeah, he would fill a big chunk of that void, how much nobody knows. But until he signs, we have nobody on that scale.
