I like him but he's not Ross Barkley and when he barely effects big games for Swansea - see Saturday as a prime example - there's no point in him being on the pitch.

Cracking set pieces and probably would look better in our side with better players but I'm certain rooney is coming and with Rooney, Roscoe and other players like Mirallas and Lookman who can play in the split, it's a waste of resources that can be used on a more pressing need - i.e. Mike Keane and a true back up striker.

From a central position he's better than Barkley, a lot more effective than Barkley! And how can you say he barely effects things in the big games? In the past and this season he's got goals at OT, Anfield, The Etihad, Emirates, made goals at Chelsea, done it vs us. He always shows up and does something in the big games.

Anyone can have off games and every Swansea player, not just Sigurdsson, had a poor game Saturday!

Point one Williams shouldn't of been considered for a club who wants to win anything.
Bolasie we over paid and should be squad player at best.
Lookman is out his depth when he did play he reminded me of Adama Traore missed some good chances and produced nothing but city first min fluke, Koeman has said he has talent but he's hardly going to say he's another Kone is he when they bought him for 10 mil.
Valenica is a good impact sub but a poor signing considering we wanted to buy Koulibaliy according to Moshiri why couldn't we buy a striker?

Doesn't add up.

Koulibaly is a centre back, not a striker like you seem to think mate, so exactly why you think Valencia was the second option is a bit weird.

Given the above knowledge of players, I'm guessing you haven't actually watched Traore more than a couple of times at best, to compare him to Lookman is very odd, two players are nothing alike

Think you are miss reading his post mate.

Not really mate, maybe he phrased it poorly, but must be difficult as he sounds Norwegian

I read it as "If we could have spent ££££ on Koulibaliy, a defender, why cant we just get a way better striker than Valencia."

He's not wrong like. So far the only good Walsh buy has been Gueye and he was going to splurge 30m on Sissoko.

He is gonna have to earn his badges this summer.

Bolasie played about 15 games, in which he was our only creative outlet and Walsh has had a bit of a summer and a January transfer window and he's written them off already, lovely stuff.

Walsh will have had a full season with koeman shortly, looking at all the types of players he wants. Let's judge him after that.

People seem to hate on bolasie because he looked a bit gangly and because of his transfer fee. We all know he was overpriced, but that's no reason to knock him, I don't understand why we can't focus on the positives he brought to the team instead of the negatives.

Calciomercato linking us with Leon Goretzka.

Last year of contract but available for 25.5mil.

Spurs also linked and juve who it says wont pay the cash

Calciomarcato though mate. Them and other Italian sources spouted absolute wham about us and players last summer and January!...

The lad is a player mind.

Where is this Sigurdsson only affects games from set pieces coming from? It's utter BS I have seen him play on many occasions the guys passing, skills on and off the ball are immense.
