Why do you think Forster has had an awful season? I don't think he has

Just by what limited stuff I have seen by him. He doesn't seem to be saving much.

He is not a bad keeper by any means. Neither is Robles though. Both have their strengths and weaknesses.

Sigurdsson did start the season centrally though, and played there a lot in the past few seasons....

Apparently we're more interested in his twin brother Steven. Not sure if that's a smokescreen though, but can't see the point in that as he must be the worst kept secret in English football.

With Mata being injured we could maybe throw in a silly bid and see what the Mancs say. I don't think it's unreasonable with his age and being out for however much longer. Fabregas is a little more of a stretch.

Then again, my dream signing is Christian Eriksen, so I totally feel you on the dreaming part.

Yes and they could well be right. But they said exactly the same last summer as well to be fair.

Hmm, by the sounds of it we did try but we just weren't an intriguing prospect to the better players we did go after. Hopefully players from the outside can see we've had a decent season and got close to the top 6 and look like giving them a good run for their money and fancy being apart of where were wanting to go next season as apposed to last?!

Sigurdsson failed in a Tottenham team in a similar position to us now. I think he is the player that suits being big fish in small pond.

Same way some players look incredible in Championship but like an amateur in the Premier League.

What have you heard + recently?

Only all the jarg paper links of late. Think everyone will want Sessegnon. Only links I've seen that I pay attention to are Rooney, Keane & Sigurdsson as they've had the most hints from our press conferences/interviews. Possibly VVD but I feel less confident about our chances now as much as last summer.
