Sounds like Gnonto is still burning his bridges at Leeds - training alone. Would be odd of us to prioritise that over a striker though.

Yeah. Would hope that if we are offering 20m plus for Gnonto there is at least an equal amount for a striker, otherwise we are prioritising wrong.

With Harrison done we COULD live without another winger. We can’t live without a quality starting number 9.

I don't see why it has to be a 'next one in' job. If it was a properly run club, they should be more than capable of getting Gnonto and a striker in ASAP.

I just dont know what to believe with the Ekitike rumors, but if Thelwell pulls that off around the numbers that are circling I will be genuinely impressed. Im personally not sure he is a fullstop striker, but the talent/versatility is just extremely exciting and would put a lot of the squad in context. Again would like more value propositions in our overall business this summer but the rumored amounts for both Ekitike and Gnonto are palatable, if not fair.
