If these reports are true that they’re arguing about having to pay 5 mil up front then there’s no chance of them getting anyone better in it’s not the scouting or any of that that’s a problem it’s that they either can’t or won’t pay any real money for players and unsurprisingly that makes signing players hard.

We play in the richest league in the world (ignore saudi),
We say we are skint yet we can still spend more on an unkown sporting forward than most clubs in europe have as a summer budget.
We have sellable assets and have sold the likes of richarlison, gordon, kean & simms in the past 12 months.
