At 40 million, I don't think we could complain tbh. He'd be able to play RM and centre forward, and would effectively be a massive upgrade on Anthony Gordon. It's not gona happen though, I can't see Johnson swapping Forest for Everton right now.

I think we should offer Hazard 250k pw and a 3 year deal
Give Messi a 1 year contract on 500k pw
Sign Evan Ferguson for 80m and raise his wage to 12k pw

If we do that and sell Keane, Holgate and Godfrey for a combined 150m we should have enough left for 3 more marquee signings, especially if we get De Gea on a free but sell Pickford to Utd for 75m
