Not bloody hard is it.

Jurasek and Nakamura are really interesting.

You rate Gyokeres?
It's honestly hard to imagine anyone ever saying anything more wrong than this.
Basic risk investment knowledge would tell you otherwise.

Making multiple high risk, small investments is not safer than two low risk large investments.

….not even thinking about this until we know our fate & I suspect the club are pretty much the same.

Thats the problem. The club should have deals ready to go either way.
Zat still lives in a world where we can just sell Keane, Iwobi, Holgate and Gomes for £80m whenever we want.
Holgate £7.5mil
Keane £10mil
Godfrey £12.5mil
Maupay £9mil
Iwobi £12.5mil
Gomes £2.5mil

£54mil ?

I didn't from the YouTube vids, looked clumsy, but caught a couple of Cov games end of the season and he's a right handful.
Yeah i thought the same.

Comfortable with him as a starter if DCL was out for a long period?

Some suggestions in Italian media today that Napoli should sign DCL if they sell Osimhen. Also the previous Arsenal and Newcastle links may still be there.

I wonder what happens if someone offered £35-40mil for him.

DCL is an interesting one because his value is now completely linked to his long term injury prognosis, which of course the club will know better than anyone. Fully fit he’s probably worth 60-70 in todays market so if youre a club offering 35m and Everton snap your hand off you’d be really concerned about why.

That’s a completely false premise on which to frame the argument though. The point is that a large investment isn’t automatically low risk, not that low risk investments aren’t safe. Basic common sense would have told you that.

I watched about 4 games during their run in and I thought he was excellent in creating chances out of nothing for himself (though he did have a tendency of rushing his finishes) but looked really busy, really strong on the ball.

If the price was right he'd definitely be someone I could get on board with.

I don't know if this has been mentioned but has anyone raised the issue of possibly losing Mina and Coady this summer? Maybe Gray if he doesn't get game time?

We have decisions to make in terms of centre back mate - we have way to many - of course short in other areas - so its area we need to balance and commit to.

We need to have a look at Gray defo, be in the last year of his contract next year - Iwobi to for my money - not 100% sure Dyche fancies either. Its a no from me if Iwobi is looking for 100k - good luck to him finding that somewhere else.

Maupay £9mil

Mate come on hahaha? 19m for them two? We'd get about 5m for the pair if we are lucky.

Keane won't be going anywhere, dyche loves him, coady mina Godfrey and holgate will go before him and no one is stupid enough to offer the donkey the wages he's on here.

Reckon we are stuck with him
