Not sure that it matters. How is it any different to Richarlison moving to Spurs last summer?

He was sold on the 30th June to be counted in the previous season’s books, but our/Spurs window doesn’t open until the 1st?

Last year the transfer window was open in the UK when the deal was done.

Saudi isn't till July 1st.

Such an unbalanced and bloated squad. We could let Begovic, Coady, Mina Vinagre, Holgate, Davies, Gray, Dele, Maupay, Gomes, Gbamin, Townsend and Simms all leave and replace them with 6 players and have a stronger squad.

Doesn't sound like Moshiri is planning on ceding control of the club
