He doesn't need to cave over any demands. This has been discussed at length on here and I thought it was made clear. They don't need any formal agreement together. Miliband knows that the SNP will back up Labour's policies because not only are they broadly in line with each other, they are anti Tory. No dancing to Sturgeons tunes, hate to break it to you.

He will do everything she tells him to do and it will all be geared to the benefit of Scotland and a break up of the UK......that is why she exists.........did you take no notice of Scottish politics over the last 5 years.......

Q: So do Miliband and Labour just wait for their turn to form a government even if they come second in terms of seats and votes?

A: No. Britain has what constitutionalists call an “unordered system” of forming governments. There are no rules about, for example, the largest party being given the first chance to form a government. Instead, anyone can negotiate with anyone else and nobody has to wait for anybody.

No, that's what they told you to think, Pete. The reality will be far from that image. Unless SNP would rather allow the Tories back in through not voting with Labour and risk every one of their Scottish seats?

We're British, we wait for everybody.

The hypocrisy of Cameron suggesting that Labour/SNP is a risk to the Union, when any other possible governance is a risk to our European Union.

The SNP do not under any circumstances want the Tories back in. The SNP have made this perfectly clear. Labour on the other hand seem prepared to see the Tories back in by ruling out dealing with the SNP.

Labour had a massive wobble last week. They had private pollsters conducting surveys which found the main reason for the Tory swing was a potential SNP deal. Labour had their hand forced, they had to stem the flow of undecided voters swaying towards the conservatives by creating distance.

They'll deal with the SNP Friday morning if it means a minority Labour government will be in number 10.

Labour outline why you should vote for them and what they will do to change things.

Tories (and their mates in the gutter press) basically slate everything about Labour and create a climate of fear, whilst never once giving you any good reasons to vote for them. "To continue our good work!" - What good work? The country is in a terrible state.

Never known a party to conduct such a negative mudslinging campaign. They are utterly scared to death that people will vote Labour, and the increasing intensity of their attacks suggest they're well aware that less and less people are listening to their Tory guff.

So looks like the fate of British government will be decided by a bunch of Scots who want nothing to do with British government.
