Got another century today as well.

Seen that, and he was in at like 65/4 or something. Looks a maturing innings.
Would take him to the Windies, get him around the place

Moeens bowling is bang average, just like Bairstow’s keeping. Playing both of them because they are ‘decent batters’ is a mistake, they’re just not scoring runs under pressure. We can’t afford to be carrying passengers against the Aussies, and certainly not 2 of them.Ye stokes not bowling is a weird one, he is essentially a specialist batsman at 6.
With stokes injured you can't take them both out and play a specialist keeper who hasn't played top 6 and a number 11 spinner when you need to find 4 more seamers. You could possibly do one but not both. I actually think Mo has bowled nicely apart from when his finger was done.Moeens bowling is bang average, just like Bairstow’s keeping. I'd rather we rose above the attitude of the aussies and took a higher path. No joint statements, allow them to show the world what they are and always have beenI'd like see a formal announcement of some kind to say that 'The spirit of cricket' will no longer be observed when the game
is played by the rules.
That is probably not the best way to express it, but it needs to be pointed out that batsman backing up before the ball is bowled
is taking an unfair advantage and the bowler can run him out, and that a batsman casually walking out of his crease can be stumped.
Won't happen, of course, but this is an opportunity for England and Australia to make a joint statement to the effect that this will be the case in future matches between those two, and other cricket playing nations would probably follow suit.
It would solve the whole problem.
Hard not to like Pat Cummins. Is a very good player. The questions Atherton was asking him after the last test were embarrassing but I thought but he came across well. Can I just say that I applaud the way both Pat Cummins and Ben Stokes have behaved (so far).
Playing hard and fair … just as it should be
Aye Cummins does come across well. Smith comes across as a crying little beaut mindHard not to like Pat Cummins. Is a very good player. The questions Atherton was asking him after the last test were embarrassing but I thought but he came across well.
Still get the impression that it’s Smith who captains this team though.

Out of the two Moheen and Bairstow I’d have had Bairstow out definitely! This obsessive loyalty to him when he is so clearly out of form behind the stumps and with the bat is costing them! With stokes injured you can't take them both out and play a specialist keeper who hasn't played top 6 and a number 11 spinner when you need to find 4 more seamers. Classy scores too, not lucky

Naturally getting a lot of attention for his batting but it will be interesting to see how he develops with the gloves aswell.

Merv Hughes comes across like he's never seen a civilisation bigger than a shack and an outhouse.Broad comes across like a Tory Biff
Based on his discourse with Peirs?Merv Hughes comes across like he's never seen a civilisation bigger than a shack and an outhouse.
I don’t think Boland has been that poor. England batters have made it difficult for him to get consistent line and length. He’s just not a strike bowler which is what has been required in the games so far.Based on his discourse with Peirs?
OK I'm an aussie but I think AUS should go
Kawahja
Harris
Labuschange
Smith
Head
Marsh
Green
Carey
Cummings
Starc
Hazelwood
From what I know Old Trafford doesn't really take great amounts of spin, did think that Neser should come in for Starc (even though he got a five for i think he was really dumb last match.)
Head can bowl a few overs.
Very surprised how poor Boland has been this tour.
