Who was barking like mad at Anderson atthe very end when he was caught out?

Warner and Siddle, bunch of geoff's as Fox would say.

You guys hear the stump mic stuff? Clarke's a big man when he's got his mates with him, he'll be ducking for cover next game, we'll see who gets the "broken f**king arm" then big man.

As for Geroge "What Am I Doing Here" Bailey, I'd have taken a swing at him grinning under that lid, got my blood boiling that did last night, Jimmy should have got sweaty hands and let go of the handle.

Further on about Clarke and his so called nice guy image, a couple of other things spring to mind.

Firstly, nobody in the "old crew" (Warne, Hayden, Ponting, McGrath etc) liked him when he joined the team. Too much with the celebrity girlfriends and fancy cars and not enough hard work. Ponting has come out in his new book and slammed him.

Second, I remember Simon Katich holding him against the wall by his throat for trying to leave the dressing room and ground early, not taking part in singing their song. Funnily, since Clarke is captain, Katich hasn't had a look in despite being the answer they have needed at the top of the order for the last 2 years.

He's a snidey [Poor language removed] alright.

At least Jimmy stood up to it though, siddle's a little phoney hard man, flapped a caught and bowled in case the ball hit him, I actually dont mind Warner, think he's just a bit thick, as for Clarke, I've sung his praises on here as a captain and batsman, but if he's going to come out with shouts like that, then in all honestly someone should flatten him after the game, like beefy chasing chappel round a car park, lets have some of these, too many chinless wimps on our team. If Swann goes out to bat in full body armour again and avoids the short stuff I would drop him, thats so weak, go on swann crack one of your **** jokes now

I like a lot of this. I love that Jimmy didn't back down, despite knowing how crap he is at batting. He's got balls.

Ostrallia are uber gash, the only gud thing about them is their Capital Sydney. The Ashes will be retained gain - mark my words.

I hope thats the spark that puts a bit grit into the boys, whats he having a pop for anyway, especially to go that far with it, we needed over 300 with one wicket left and he's talking about breaking peoples arms, I used to like the guy, but maybe I was taken in by his public image

I reckon your looking into it too much. .
They are playing up to what they see are stereotypes..
Their problem is, and I'll use Siddle as the example.. You ain't Merv Hughes lad..
And as much as I like Clarke.. You ain't Steve Waugh either..

In between that over where Clarke goes over and waves his finger at Anderson, fair play to Haddin, he runs past and has a laugh with Jimmy, they both smile and laugh, genuine too you could tell, you've said it before and you're right NHD, Haddin comes across as a decent bloke. Heard his daughter has been very ill in the last couple years, puts life into perspective for him.

Yeah I noticed that as well, he's really made the most of himself Haddin, exactly what you want in a keeper/batsman, can score quick and can score when the chips are down
