I wish we knew the exact figure we supposedly need,as its been reported to be anywhere from 3million to 38million over the weeks. Just imagine if we sell a low down player like dobbin thinking we were safe for PSR, only to find out in december when we do accounts etc that we were still over.

It's not just that, if we did need a big sale fast, unless stuff has been going on BCD, we may fail again

The moment we know the exact figure the club is doomed.

What about young talents being sold for a fraction of their worth because the vultures knew another club were in financial trouble.

Player trading is not bending rules. Gomes has left so we need a midfielder. Dobbin's game time last season was very limited. Good luck to him at villa, but this player for player to "bend psr rules" rubbish is a joke. Fair values paid and mutually beneficial player trade, within the rules is fair game. If that means utd have to pay our value for Branners, or do one then they need to suck it up and stop moaning. The fact it's even seeing discussed as rule bending is the only scandal here.

The Castore deal starts on 1st July, so I don't believe will be included in this year's PSR.

They could technically pay it in advance via a pre contract agreement.

There are ways and means to smooth out the PSR situation.

I'm not saying that is what they've done but if the club say they only needed £3.3m I would tend to believe that then not. I'm super sceptical as well

Hes not even the first everton youth player sold to help keep this club afloat FFS!

Really want Everton to release a statement criticising the press for attempting to destroy 2 young players careers and confidence for clickbaity rubbish. There is no evidence that either player has moved just to balance the books. We do need another CM and Im sure Villa wouldn't object to Dobbins pace off the bench, a beneficial deal for all.
