Fellaini is one of the finest players I've ever seen put on an Everton shirt.
44 years your red ****e ladHow long have you been watching Everton?
Ha, i keed. Seriously though, was just after constructive feedback because stats paint a different story. I've had discussions at the match about Felli and I heard about Royle discussing it the other day as well. I don't feel its unfair to ask the question, he's a good player but at £15m with our financial situation was he the right player?
This is absolutely ridiculous. He'll command AT LEAST what we paid for him over the next 5 years. It will probably be closer to £25 million. What isn't in the stats or what gets noticed is what he brings overall. Did you see the Sunderland FA Cup game at their place? Can you tell me what the two goals came from? Infact I'll kindly fill you in, for the first, Osman and Gardner were in a scramble with the ball on the halfway line, Fellaini took the ball, dribbled for 30 metres and then decided upon the perfect pass before executing it to perfection for Gueye to square. For the second he pressed and directly influenced David Vaughan's poor pass, which he then intercepted, which he took past a defender (Bardsley I believe) before squaring it for Jelavic to shoot.
That isn't in the stats. But if you watch and most importantly, understand football you'd know he's worth £15 million, and that we could command £25 million if needs be.
Fair enough, Its all theoretical and opinions of course, that is why I enjoy coming on here. But i'd be curious to learn what we'd fetch from any potential suitors should the time come.
Honestly,How much do you think hes worth? And how badly/greatly do you rate him?

Well it depends who's buying doesn't it, as with any transfer. I don't think the top 6 in the Premier League would be interested in Felli at £15m. I think there are, lets say, more conventional DM's who offer more in the way of mobility, as well as the physical presence, who are not only younger but probably cheaper than that.
I think if he were to go at the end of this season, he would fetch around the £12-15m mark. Because he is a solid, physical and athletic player, albeit indisciplined, with room for progression and 2-3 years away from his prime. I think he's a good player, I'm just not certain that at £15m, he was the right option for the club in my opinion. I hope to be proven wrong if he remains here for the next few years and vindicates Moyes completely.
