So basically you trust an unelected body that has impoverished half a continent to pay of the debts owed to bankers racked up by a few rather than trust the British people to vote the right people into power or more importantly vote the wrong ones out when needed.

Your view of the EU, how it operates, its role and what it has acheived for the benefit of millions upon millions, is a million miles away from reality.You appear to have no idea about how democracy works at EU or national level. Furthermore you don't understand the world economic crash and the part individual nations played in it. You're either very poorly informed or deliberately distorting reality to suit your agenda.

And because they're arrogant thickos they won't be elected after this term. For the rest of the economy & policies, it's a price worth paying. Let's not forget the EU commission (NOT the MEP's or the nation states' PM's & presidents) are having clandestine discussions about TTIP - A far greater and more immediate danger to the NHS than 4 years of tory rule outside the EU imo.

The EU commission is currently trying to negotiate exemption from TTIP for health provision.

And do you really think we won't end up with a potentially worse version of TTIP outside the EU, seeing as the Tories have been advocates for much of the worst of it?

Anyone with half a brain must realise we're better off in than out, won't they ?

There are emotional, Little Britain, reasons for wanting out, and I can understand people getting caught up in that, but I'd hope that anyone with a smidgeon of intelligence would recognise the benefits of being in the EU.

The clincher for me is that Boris Johnson wants us out. Boris is highly intelligent but also a fool. If he becomes leader of the Tories he's our best chance of a Labour party under Corbyn winning the next election ( which would be ace )

However, if Boris says Out is good, then I'm defo in the Remain camp.

It's this kind of smug, better-than-you sort of attitude that makes me want to go out and help campaign for Leave.

I can see both sides of the argument and will respect anyone's reasons for voting either way, but comments like the above are downright disgusting and frankly offensive.
