The EU deal

Not sure what any of them have got to do with privatising the NHS. It's our own government pushing for that. Brexit will hand power to the Tory right and will only accelerate it.

Brexit will hand power to our government. >this is bad.

And because they're arrogant thickos they won't be elected after this term. For the rest of the economy & policies, it's a price worth paying. Let's not forget the EU commission (NOT the MEP's or the nation states' PM's & presidents) are having clandestine discussions about TTIP - A far greater and more immediate danger to the NHS than 4 years of tory rule outside the EU imo.

TTIP will exclude the NHS. That's already been agreed. If you think that the Tories won't protect the NHS in any agreement which may be made if outside of the EU, you have more faith than me.

Interesting article on the guardian today considering whether Brexit isn't the UK separating from the EU, but merely being a forerunner for a post-EU world. As the first country to leave, we may be seen as a safe haven compared to countries still in the EU as it (possibly) crumbles.

An interesting viewpoint.
And yet the same about to crumble EU is who we are going to enter into new (better?) trade agreements with post Brexit.

Our elected officials will be the ones passing laws etc. If we dont like them we can check them. Try change the president of the EU, of which there is:

President of the EU Council
President of the EU Commission
President of the EU Parliament
etc etc

Did you vote for any of them?
I'm still waiting for a vote on who enters the Lords

The beauty of being out of Europe is giving ourselves the bigger say in how and what our government does. So if this guy wants to try to privatise the NHS we will have more power tp stop him.
I sadly somehow doubt anybody will be able stop the Tories from privatising the NHS
