Why compare us to cardiffs of this world. Has city take over been fraught with disaster. Tottenham? Arsenal? Not all takeovers are bad.

As for people calling other Evertonians "kopites" for not bad mouthing Kenwright - get a grip.
just out of interest, would you be ok with it if Bill would sell to Red Bull co?
Delia Smith is not filthy rich, and Norwich are a much better run club than us.
Even on the last set of accounts they published their turnover is 5 million pounds below us. Amazing really considering they are a yoyo club really. No debt as well, club actually makes a profit. More modern stadium than ours, own its training facilities as well. Its the prize money that keeps our turnover above theirs.
So a club like Norwich is out performing us off the pitch, rather embarrassing really.
As long as owners came in and not interfere with our identity then Yes. How many buyers have done this compared to buyers that haven't. I am not asking for shieks or the like just a buyer that can invest say 20m a season so we can have a capable squad to cover for injuries etc and prevent players being cherry picked. Sorry but Kenwright is not able to provide adequate transfer funds without selling. He is inadequate as a provider. He might be a nice bloke who has no choice but to give managers time in the job but our only income is TV money and sales which basically every team in the league gets just for starters.
It's folly to think that by being bought, we'll be top 4 for definite and be spending like Chelsea. Why assume that?

I don't even know why we bother. Any kind of reason in this thread is soon swamped out by the usual suspects. You'd have to be extremely dedicated to post at the same frequency as them to keep the thread balanced.
The other issue is, like you say, when they have no argument against reason, they bring out the red-under-the-bed card.
Sadly, for the many non-posting readers, this thread is far from welcoming.
I doubt Martinez would announce the possibility of transfers without first securing the finance. We're doing reasonably well, give a bit of slack.
