Another option is to get a new stadium and that will hopefully get someone in without people protesting and all that.

Bill is being very stingy with the spending allowance. Then again i don't want the likes of the venkys running the show either.

Media portrayal plays a massive part in our perceptions of owners in England. If they'd pulled some of the stunts Kenwright had down the years then the press would have lambasted them for it. Bill on the other hand gets a free ride.

That will only happen IF the club grows and the accounts prove the decrease/increase in turnover is down to Skys money.

The crowd we have in control now are happy with the status quo.

Yes and where are Blackburn now?

Check Cardiff. Tan may be a right Richard but he's poured loads of cash into the club and now they're staying in the Premier League. Not that I'd want someone like Tan. I'd rather an Arabic oil baron who will just give us trucks filled with cash, build us a nice fancy stadium and sponsor us with his country's airline (which he also owns).

From a pure buisness perspective, there isnt much further you can go with it really, is there? United, Liverpool Chelsea and Arsenal have monopolised merchandising and City are doing their best to buy their way into a global force. There isnt much room for growth as a club.

Interesting, because as much as I want to see us win something again, and for my kids to see us win something, I almost value our integrity as a non-billionaire funded club more. I live in Chelsea and see what has happened to Chelsea FC, lots of trophies for sure, but I'd hate to be like them

Well if you take that to the logical conclusion then the club will decline and die off as us old feckers kick the bucket.
