I didn't say you had...I just asked you a question...if we spend the amount you wish for on strengthening the team for next season, and we finish 5th again, will it still be Bills fault?
I'm trying to get through to you here.... in your mind there must be some parts of the entity of Everton which has not worked out, or has 'failed' which is not the responibilty of the chairman and the board. Do you have serious issues which you can clarify, with EVIDENCE, or do you simply have an agenda? Over to you.

That doesn't say you'd mentioned transfers previously does it ? I imagine you have a figure in mind which would be your perfect spend on players(net spend or outging spend...doesn't matter)...so whatever that figure is, if we spend that much, enough to make you happy, and still finish 5th, will that be Bills fault?

It would be remiss of me to forget to mention the other fella on the everton board the spurs fan who makes a good living out of us, who can afford to spend money. Too busy counting the interest money from the club loans.
