That's interesting .I'm a member of the SA too. My experience of buying a share didn't seem to involve EFC at all ,in fact I didn't at first get my shareholder ST discount because the box office weren't told .

I`m a fairly new shareholder. John Blain helped me a lot in sorting the share purchase

No i meant the one before, when we got Gray, which was a good deal but if we had more to spend then it could of been an easier start to the season. Point i was making was Moshiri had pretty much stopped the funding now for 2 seasons

To be fair on your last line i dont see why some back Moshiri and hate Kenwright, hate both ok, but building a stadium does not make Moshiri a good owner, hating Moshiri should be automatic after how close we have just come to relgation, 2 seasons on the run

There were plenty of summers under him we didn’t spend or Showed a profit. In his 17yrs from 99 to 2016 we probably had a dept on spending of about 50mil. About 3 mil a season.

You say he was badly advised but he is reposible for his own decisions, he is a billionaire for a reason, this badly advised justification card for Farhad can only go so far, when you have the purse you decide what to do with it and according to Brands he wasnt always listening but telling

I`m a shareholder and on the committee, the club no longer deal with Blankstone and any small shareholding deals are done by the individuals selling/buying.
If anyone is interested in purchasing a share when they, on occasion, become available, they would be better contacting the secretary of the SA and he`ll put you in touch with any potential sellers

I wasn't aware they'd stopped using blankstone, how long ago was that?

Sorry the point I was referring to was Bill not spending much money. You can cherry pick one big signing he made if you want, but there are seasons and seasons of little to no spend.

Moshiri has spent shed loads just spent it very poorly.

They both are to blame for the mess we are in

Different era which you can’t grasp. Only a few teams had real money.

Over that time. Clubs like Stoke, Charlton, Ipswich, Fulham, Blackburn, Middlesbrough,Sunderland. Portsmouth. And plenty I’ve forgotten got top half in the prem. Blackburn, Swansea, Birmingham, Portsmouth, Wigan. Middlesbrough All won a trophy over that period.

Fulham and Middlesbrough got to a European final. The best we did was last 16, I’m sure Bill probably brought out a dvd for that European tour.

It wouldn’t have took a lot of money to get us top 4 and maybe a trophy or two in that era
