As someone said already 100 mil for 25% is very very low. Value the club at 400mil when it’s clearly double that
The club is losing money. This is why it is worth less than West Ham at the moment. If you cure an urgent cashflow need, you can expect either a discounted price or a high guaranteed rate of return. This is how Buffett got Goldman Sachs to cough up a guaranteed 10% rate of return on preferred stock in 2008, as well as an large option to buy common stock. He made about three billion over five years on a five billion dollar investment.

Why? He expected to be compensated for the risk that the investment would go to zero, which was non-negligible. Goldman needed the cash, and didn't have much of a choice. The situation is much the same here.

TBF, I wouldn't be going near this club for a complete takeover before that PL commission gives its verdict.

I think it's unlikley that we'll see points deductions, but you never can tell. If they handed out an 8 to 10 points deduction it'd probably sink us next season.

We’ve seen an incremental takeover before mate, based on various milestones - Moshiri came in with a minority stake initially, it’s the dynamics of the deal and the reported debt arrangement and how that will work and is it conversation to equity or in addition to - which if it is, is some deal for them.

So many contradictory odd reports regarding this around.

Said at the time it’s odd. What’s also odd is the reported investment by Bell, thats alleged to already have happened - he’s not part of MSP, as far as I can gather.

Bell is basically a short term loan to help with stadium development costs.

nothing is straight forward when it comes to us

Yes, we'll probably see a full /majority takover but one of those milestones will be how this commission judges matters.
