The lazy internal appointment again, this time Chong. If he was CEO material, why didn’t he get it before Baxendale?

He was Head of Estates at the club when DBB got the CEO job. That would have been QUITE the promotion.

By all accounts he’s very competent. And if there was going to be an INTERIM appointment, it was always going to be internal. Same as it would be almost anywhere else.

MSP have raised £130 mill from a pool of 13 investors in investment and have registered a newly-formed company, MSP EFC Investors LC.

A SEC ‘Form D’ has been filed and is a considerable development and points to the announcement of a deal being imminent. A Form D must be filed within 15 days of the sale of securities with the date of first sale being the date on which the investor is ‘irrevocably contractually committed to invest’. Moorad was the signatory on the Form D, with MSP EFC Investors GP LLC, MSP Sports Advisors LLC, Najafi and Moorad all named as related parties.

It has to. Kenwright should never be allowed in Goodison again for what he’s done.

Not the news I was expecting to wake up to. Moshiri joining the board, Chairman Bill staying on, internal promotions to the club. Unbelievable.
